We founded OMSB with one objective: to get you alongside and back out to sea as quickly as possible.

We’re a port that’s accessible to any industry, OMSB is set to challenge the status quo of the supply chain ecosystem in WA’s North-West. We’re Western Australia’s First carbon neutral port, and we know we can substantially reduce the footprint of some of the most carbon-intensive industries through smarter marine and landside logistics.

Sarah Rice
General Counsel

Sarah is a dual Western Australian and UK qualified lawyer. For the past five years, she has practiced as a lawyer with a Tier 1 legal firm in the UK, serving clients in the Banking and Finance sector.

She has significant experience advising borrowers, clearing banks and alternative financiers on a range of finance matters.

Sarah holds a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Arts/Law from the University of Western Australia.

Andrew Natta
Managing Director

Andrew is the co-founder of OMSB, having driven the development of the OMSB port from concept and feasibility to construction and launch.

With a background in engineering, he has deep expertise across major infrastructure and resource projects.

Prior to establishing OMSB, Andrew was Managing Director of Resource Engineering and Design (RED) – a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company.

Chief Operating Officer

Andre is an experienced senior project manager with over 15 years in resources and strategic infrastructure projects.

 

With deep roots in the mining industry of Australia’s Northwest, Andre brings a wealth of expertise to the operations team while prioritising a culture of safety and ensuring efficient operations that deliver to schedule.

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

OMSB manages the wharf and land-side services, while the Western Australian Department of Transport is responsible for channel management and commercial navigation.

Our regulatory framework consists of :

Australian Border Force (licensing under Section 15 of the Customs Act 1901)
